Empress holding auditions for 'Nunsense'

"Nunsense the Musical" will run April 30 through May 29 at the Empress Theatre in Magna. The show will be directed by Nolan Mitchell, musical director is Trent Oliphant and choreographer is Allison Bruun.

Open auditions will be held at the Empress, 9104 West 2700 South, on Feb. 10 and 11 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., with call backs by invitation on Feb. 13 at 10 a.m. All parts are open.

Parts are available for women ages 18 year and older. Be prepared to sing 32 bars of music in the style of the show, no ballads. An accompanist will be provided or you may bring your own accompanist, no recorded tracks please. Please bring a resume and headshot and a list of conflicts from Feb. 15-May 29.
