“We’re more than capable of doing it all,” Mark says.
Located at 2343 East 3300 South, Willowbend Kitchen and Bath has been around for 10 years, but Mark and his team have even more experience beyond that decade. Mark has been in the remodel business for more than 30 years, and his office manager has more than 50 years’ experience.
“A lot of other companies have the owner in the office but we’re hands-on,” Marks says. “We’re small but have a lot of experience.”

“Our customers appreciate the fact we’re up front with pricing,” Mark says.
Mark also points out that you’ll always know who’s doing the work and when it’s going to get done.
“When I give you an estimate, it’s me that does the job,” he says. “The estimates are itemized, and hardly anyone does that. The customer knows exactly what they’re getting. We give progress schedules. And generally when they start the project, they go—they don’t stop until it’s done. If we say we’re going to be there, we will.”
