Since 1999, Anvil Cabinets has been making high quality cabinets to fit every budget. Anvil’s quality product, paired with its customer service, give’s Anvil’s customers an experience they won’t find anywhere else. Randy Deem is the president of Anvil Cabinets and says his team’s main focus is providing the best customer service around.

“We don’t stop working until our customers are happy,” Randy says. “Superior customer service is the most critical part of our business. Our design staff works with our customers to come up with exactly what they want.”

Anvil Cabinets started as an extension of Anvil Construction in 1997. At that time Randy decided to build a small cabinet workshop because the quality of cabinets he had been purchasing didn’t meet his high standard. About two years later, Randy changed the focus of the business from building homes to building cabinets.

Making cabinets is a family business and Randy’s two sons, Kip and Russell, along with Kandis Layton, run Anvil’s Salt Lake showroom, which is located at 3640 South Highland Drive. They and Randy take great pride in coming up with the right design to fit their client’s needs. To do this, he employs a full time design staff.

Custom cabinets can be more affordable than people think, Randy says. Anvil specializes in cabinets for entry level homes up to multi-million dollar homes. Anvil works hard to stay competitive with the big box stores in the area and its bids usually come in less than what customers can get from those stores.

“Most cabinet shops focus on the higher end, luxury homes. Many of those shops have struggled during the recession,” Randy says. “By serving a wide spectrum of markets, we give everyone the opportunity to have custom designed cabinets.”

Anvil’s projects start with a project manager coming to a customer’s home. Using a state-of-the-art design program, that manager is able to design a customer’s project, making adjustments per the customer’s request until they are satisfied; then gives them an estimate. Randy says the process takes between 30 and 90 minutes.

Randy says his staff is as involved as the customer needs and can help with tearing out the old to make way for the new cabinets. Anvil works with highly qualified plumbers and electricians to help complete the project.

In addition to customized cabinets, Anvil has also come up with a new product exclusive to Anvil Cabinets.

Anvil Motion cabinets are designed for the luxury seeker. They are fully automated and open with a touch. Randy says his staff has perfected the motion system and sells it exclusively. For more information about the Anvil Motion line, visit www.anvilmotion.com.
